Degrees for non-English speakers

The BBC reports today that students who can't speak English are being awarded degrees.

I'm less worried by that than the fact that they're then being allowed on the BVC!

Worryingly, I suspect that they might.

This either means:
The BVC really is too easy for words or
That they've cheated.


I'm honestly not sure which is worse.
